Our condo is just 15 min. from Puerto Vallarta’s airport and 20 min. from downtown Puerto Vallarta and Paradise Village mall is just 2 min. away. We are far enough from the hustle and bustle and traffic of Puerto Vallarta’s down town but close enough to Puerto Vallarta for dinning, sight-seeing, shopping and night life.

This Romantically elegant two bedroom two bath condominium is completely furnished. Master bedroom and living room has a large balcony with amazing  views of the Beach and Banderas Bay.

The living/dining room’s and Master bed room’s balcony have a magnificent view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets every day. The kitchen is fully equipped for enjoying the dinner overlooking the stunning sunsets of Banderas Bay. The condo comes equipped with linen, towels and the fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer and drier for your convenience. Cable and satellite T.V for U.S and Canadian Guests is available to keep you up-to-date with current news, shows and sports while on your vacation.
Well it is to be understood that depending on the cable provider there are limitations on sports channels. If you wish to watch the Super Ball, NBA, NFLor NHL games some channels may not be available. CNN is available.

The condo is centrally air-conditioned and with ceiling fans in all rooms. Linen and towels are provided. Maid service is available upon request.

Paradise Mall is 2 mnts away and the newly opened Grand Odyssey Casino is across the road. Beside the Casino is the San Javier Hospital & emergency services. Walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, shopping mall with boutiques, Starbucks, grocery store with beer, wine, liquor, bank with ATM machines, car rentals and medical clinic.

The onsite beach club restaurant & bar will cater your needs by friendly waiters beside the pool or under your palapa on the beach. Dine in door or out door in the patio watching the magnificient sunset every night, patio furnitures are provided.

The apartment is located on the third floor with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and swimming pools. The beach area has a wide variety of activities available, all within a very short walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach is right outside of the condo. The ocean is warm and calm enough to swim throughout the year. There will be days one could watch dolphins playing and whales with calves from your balcony.

Optional: One time social membership is not available at present. (fee currently is $ 18 per person to gain access to world class impeccably maintained Spa, golf club (Green fee extra - discounted rate), tennis, fitness club, etc.)


Up on arrival sign IN at the reception and also open an account to obtain other services which you may request incidental expenses and key to the apartment.

Booking & Payment For a confirmation of booking the following requirements shall be met
(a) Completed rental application form emailed, faxed or mailed.
(b) 50% advance along with the booking and balance due 30 days prior to check IN.

Payments are accepted by email transfer, wire transfer or certified cheque/draft (all in U.S $). Will provide mailing address once provisional booking confirmation is done.

Payment by Pay Pal is a last resort since realisation of  funds takes extended period of time and charges/fees and commissions are high. In case the client  wishes to pay by Pay Pal all charges/fees and commission shall be paid by the guest.

Deposit
  • A 50% deposit is required for confirmed booking.
  • A $ 300.00 is required as security deposit, which will be reimbursed with in 5 business days, after the check out and once the apartment is inspected and there are no damages or claims against loss or outstanding charges/fees.
Cancellation
  • If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your vacation, please advise us as soon as possible. So that we may attempt to book your space with another party.
  • If your cancellation is advised 30 days or more before your vacation start date, your deposit will be returned with a deduction of 10% of the total rental amount for administrative charges. In case your cancellation is less than 30 days, you could use the credit for future booking if we are able to book this period for another guest.
  • Any security deposit paid will be returned in full.
Damages The apartment is thoroughly inspected by our staff before and after each rental. If damage occurs please advise us immediately (OUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND EMERGENCY NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON RENTAL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED) so we could have the problem rectified in a timely fashion.
Access and Inspection The owners and or their representatives will have access to the condominium apartment on any days during your occupancy to carry out maintenance, repair work or inspection for the up keeping of the property.
Power consumption









Hot Water
Be environmentally conscious, please switch off all lights, fans and air conditioning when not required and while leaving the apartment. It is also advisable to use the laundry facility at a minimum 75% capacity instead of smaller loads. While checking out please set the fridge to lower operational setting and ensure that all appliances and A/C are switched off leaving only the ceiling fan in slow speed.
The central airconditioning is professionally calibrated and set at 24.5 C setting, so do not change the thermostat setting. Since the location of the thermostat is not in an ideal location for room temperature sensing, rather the thermostat is installed in a convenient location beside the beds and hall way for operational purpose.

The hot water in shower and sink are ( from central system) really hot and could burn. Especially be careful while turning the faucet to hot position, you will find too hot water all of a sudden. Our recommendation is to keep the faucet very slightly to the hot side if hot water is required to avoid injuaries.
Apartment Cleaning For weekly rental:
The apartment is cleaned once every week and the cleaning charges for mid week & departure is $ 75.00. (final cleaning)
For 28 Days rental:
The apartment is cleaned once every week and the total cleaning charges is $ 165.00 for midweek & departure.
Special Service Once you have confirmed your reservation, we will send you a welcome package with all details for checking IN, answers to frequently asked questions, provide packing tips, restaurant recommendations and how to get familiarized with the complex itself. We will be happy to assist you to plan your memorable vacation and we are sure that you will join our frequent guest list.
Energy Consumption It is worth mentioning that in addition to the electrical consumption for the central air conditioning the A/C chilled water consumption is metered and charged back to the owner after converting the CHW consumption to electrical units.
Insurance All insurance requirement such as travel, life and medical shall be the responsibility
of the Guest. Neither the owner or condominium  administration do not have any insurance coverage what so ever related to this.
Safety & Care


Check out
It is to be noted that at no time children shall be left in the the balconey, pool or car wihtout adult supervision.

While checking out do not forget to return the beach towels, keys and access cards, if  not it will be charged back to us and the rates are unreasonably high.
